Yet you show up鈥攆or committees, for reviews, for the unglamorous work of building something that outlasts any one of us. We both know what it costs to give this kind of time, and we know what it means.
We think about the patients who benefit from guidelines you helped shape, or the clinician somewhere who found their footing because of a program you contributed to. They may never know the full story behind the work鈥攂ut the impact is real, and it belongs to you.
